Position Overview:
As a Behavior Technician, you’ll be a crucial part of a team dedicated to changing lives! Imagine spending your day empowering children and individuals with autism to overcome challenges, learn new skills, and achieve breakthroughs they never thought possible. Your role? To be the hero who implements life-changing interventions while having a blast doing it. Working alongside expert BCBAs, you’ll use the power of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to help clients reach their fullest potential!


What You’ll Do:

  1. Be a Change Agent:

    • Deliver engaging, hands-on therapy sessions that make learning fun and meaningful.
    • Implement cutting-edge behavior intervention plans designed to spark real progress.
    • Empower clients to master new skills—whether it’s communication, socializing, or everyday tasks—by using positive reinforcement and creativity.
  2. Capture Success:

    • Track each client’s journey with precision by collecting data on their progress.
    • Help fine-tune interventions based on your real-time observations and feedback, and watch the magic happen as your clients soar!
    • Celebrate those small wins that lead to life-changing breakthroughs.
  3. Collaborate & Celebrate:

    • Work closely with families, caregivers, and fellow therapists to ensure clients succeed both inside and outside of therapy sessions.
    • Be a trusted partner who helps parents feel confident and excited about their child’s progress.

  4. Lead with Integrity:

    • Adhere to the highest standards of ethics, ensuring every client receives the best care possible.
    • Protect client privacy, maintain professional boundaries, and ensure you’re always acting in their best interest.
    • Participate in ongoing supervision to keep your skills sharp and stay ahead of the curve in ABA practices.

Who You Are:

  • You’re passionate about helping others and are ready to dive into a career where your impact is immediate and long-lasting.
  • 40 Hour RBT Certification (we offer this completely free to YOU!) and a high school diploma are all you need to get started.
  • You bring energy, enthusiasm, and heart to everything you do.
  • Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is a plus, but if you’ve got the passion, we’ll give you the tools to succeed!
